People 65 years of age and above.

You are anyhow receiving retirement benefits from some
Social Security or the Railroad Retirement Board.
You are also eligible to receive Social Security and other Railroad
benefits but have not yet filed for them.
You or your spouse already had Medicare-covered government employment.
If you are under 65, you are eligible to get Part A without
having to pay premiums if:
You have already received Social Security or Railroad
Retirement Board disability benefit for 24 months.
You are suffering from kidney dialysis or kidney transplant patient.
