BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - - Starting today, the local Catholic Health System is providing free health checkups for home children and adults that do not have health insurance. They'll offer the free service at 14 of its area main care centers, continuing through May 3. The weeklong plan marks the nationwide ceremony of "Cover the Uninsured" week that raises knowledge of the predictable 47 million Americans that need sufficient health insurance.
The sites are scheduled below where these free health checkups are being offered over the next week. Fidelis Care Representatives would be at the following locations in the group of people: Please call (716) 447-6205 to schedule an appointment for a free health check-up during Cover the Uninsured Week at one of these 14 Catholic Health System's Primary Care Centers.
