From the 1st of February, all kids in Wisconsin will have access to health care according to the lawmakers and La Crosse County Health officials. This new health insurance program will be for all the children regardless their incomes. The health care will also be affordable for pregnant women and working families. Linda Lee from the La Crosse County Health Department said "We know that if we have a bit of prevention, if we prevent things early on, they don't mushroom into bigger problems, health problems down the road." This health program will benefit all families and children with low-income and those who don't have insurance currently.
