In order to build support from the public for a health insurance reform package, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger made a visit to a local hospital, Kaiser Permanente to request Californians to support his efforts. Schwarzenegger is working on this campaign nearly a year to build a program in order to provide health coverage for the uninsured Californians. The Governor said that, "There are so many entities out there fighting this process". His visit to the Kaiser Permanente medical center in San Diego came two days after the Assembly passed the legislation which will provide Health Insurances for nearly 3.6 million uninsured Californians. The Kaiser medical center is a large health maintenance organization which is also one of the bill's supporters.
